Please read below information in regards to our booking policy for our Eco Wedges
General information
- Arrival from 3pm – Departure by 11am
- Well behaved dogs welcome in both wedges and must be kept off furniture.
- Maximum two people per wedge.
- 2-night fixed minimum stay
- Minimum booking age of 21
Reservations
There is a minimum age requirement of 21years to make the booking.
The booking itself is only confirmed once written confirmation sent to the guest by Findhorn Sands and payment has been made. The balance is payable at the time of booking. Bank transfers must be made once the booking confirmation has been sent. Guests agree to depart by 10am on their final day; failure to do so may result in a charge of the price of an additional night stay.
There is a minimum stay period of 2 nights. This is fixed.
Cancellations
- Findhorn Sands should be notified of any cancellations immediately.
- With more than 6 weeks’ notice, the full amount will be refunded.
- With less than 6 weeks’ notice, the full amount will be payable should we fail to find alternative guests. A percentage of the total cost may be refunded depending on the circumstance/notice period.
- Cancellation within 14 days of the stay is not eligible for refund
Contractual
The Eco Wedge rental agreements are arranged by Findhorn Sands and the contractual relationship is between Calren Limited (Trading as Findhorn Sands) and the guest, or their employer in the case of booking by a company. The agreement to allow the guest to use the property as holiday accommodation is in operation from 3pm on the arrival date to 11am on the departure date. Findhorn Sands reserve the right to cancel or refuse bookings at their discretion, at the time of booking.
Should Findhorn Sand staff require access to the wedges, for any reason, permission is not required from the guest, however, staff will endeavour to provide reasonable notice. This is only likely to occur in the case of an emergency or upon a maintenance request.
House Keeping
Beds are always made up with fresh linen between each stay and towels are provided. (Please take your own beach towels). For guests staying for longer periods, fresh linen will be provided each week with towels on request.
Any major breakages, damage or missing items should be reported immediately. Guests may be liable to pay for repair/replacement depending on the situation.
